SFC Solo is a group of self employed advisers who are experts in their field, be that in Bridging Finance, Development Finance, Residential or Buy to Let Mortgages, Invoice Finance, Asset Finance or Unsecured Business Loans.
SFC Solo allows advisers to trade independently but with the credibility and protective infrastructure that a Directly Authorised firm provides.

As an non-regulated adviser, joining SFC Solo has been my best career move to date. Allowing me to focus on assisting clients with development finance and investment mortgages whilst sending any regulated business to the regulated advisers in the office allows me to offer the ‘full package’ to my clients whilst specialising in my chosen field.
Couple this with an amazing commission split structure, dedicated support from head office and the total freedom to structure my day with no micro-management – It’s a no brainer for any person that is interested.
